Our soft and lemony shortbread thumbprint cookie is our newest summer flavor! The dough is mixed with fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. We've filled the cookie with Pennsylvania made curd - lemon, raspberry or orange! All delicious! The cookie is topped with a daisy of creamy white chocolate for a perfect treat!
