Feature Flavor: Apricot Crunch Bar

We’ve spent hours in the kitchen, experimenting until we’ve perfected all three layers to create the best Apricot Crunch Bar.  Enjoy this deliciously unique shortbread cookie bar in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea, or try it warm with a scoop of vanilla or pistachio ice cream for dessert!  

Full of flavor and natural ingredients, our Apricot Crunch Bar’s bottom layer is a crunchy brown sugar shortbread cookie with pistachios and almonds. In the middle is fresh apricot jam (yummmmm). It’s topped off with a delicious oat crumble that’s loaded with apricots, Callebaut chocolate chips, pistachios, almonds and pepitas.
